We’re celebrating World Hello Day
On the 21st of November Radio Bath will be celebrating World Hello Day.
World Hello Day encourages people to get involved in creating dialogue with others and to use communication to overcome conflict.
The World Hello Day organisation reports that ‘31 winners of the Nobel Peace Prize are among the people who have realized World Hello Day’s value as an instrument for preserving peace and as an occasion that makes it possible for anyone in the world to contribute to the process of creating peace’.
You can get involved in our celebration by completing the following short tasks:
1. Say “Hello” to at least ten people using your telephone or via zoom.
2. Download and complete your certificate which can be found below.
3. Send a voice clip of you saying “Hello”, accompanied by a short greeting, to hello@radiobath.com – don’t forget to attach your certificate as we’ll be sharing these out over social media throughout the day.
Radio Bath are pleased to be celebrating an event which highlights the importance of verbal communication and we look forward to receiving your submissions.
