The Dorothy House team are skydiving to raise funds!
We were recently contacted by Liz, Clinical Lead and Nurse Specialist in the community palliative care team at the incredible Dorothy House Hospice.
Liz and some of her fantastic colleagues are going to be doing a skydive on 21st September in Salisbury. Liz told us that she has personally covered the cost of her jump, ensuring every penny you contribute goes directly to Dorothy House Hospice.

Dorothy House Nurse Squad are making this leap together because they want to continue to provide outstanding palliative care in our community, turning adrenaline into assistance, and creating a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.
Dorothy House Hospice covers over 700 square miles and all of the care delivered to patients, their families and carers is free of charge. They are only roughly 20% NHS funded, that means for every £1 they get from the NHS they have to raise a further £4 in fundraising to keep on providing support.
