Tears For Fears Day – Listen Again

We celebrated Bath’s finest on Friday February 25th 2022, with Tears For Fears Day.

Dave Mason was in conversation with Curt Smith – bringing you some in depth chat, including discussion around how having dinner in Bath restaurant one evening, nearly spelled the end for the band.

The special tied in with the release of the band’s brand new album The Tipping Point which went straight into number one on the iTunes UK Album Chart.

The title track of the new album “The Tipping Point” is written by Orzabal and guitarist, writer and producer Pettus and co-produced by the band, Sacha Skarbek, and Florian Reutter, and is paired with a video directed by Matt Mahurin who has worked with rock heavyweights U2 and Metallica.

Tears For Fears have worldwide album sales of 30 million and have toured extensively, including a sold-out UK arena tour. In 2017, they released their Rule The World compilation and additionally they were recently honored with the Outstanding Song Collection Award at the 2021 Ivor Novello Awards.
