Santa hats at the ready for the RUHX Polar Plunge 2023!

Are you willing to brrrrr-ave the cold this December for Royal United Hospitals Bath?

RUHX is hosting its annual Polar Plunge at the South Cerney Outdoor Lake on December the 2nd, and time is running out to book! Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced swimmer, the Polar Plunge is suitable for everyone over the age of 16 so why not give it a go?

This is a non-competitive event so it is up to you how long you want to stay in the water, and there will be experienced lifeguards on site to support all participants throughout.

The funds raised by this event will go towards giving patients the outstanding care they deserve while supporting staff and encouraging innovation in hospitals.

Tickets start at £15 with participants asked to raise at least £75.
