Who we are
We are a small team of passionate, curious travellers based here in the beautiful city of Bath and are proud to have been creating inspiring holiday programmes all over the world since 1993.
We believe that holidays should be more than just a welcome break from the daily routine; we believe that they should also connect you to your destination’s history and culture and be filled with opportunities to participate, rather than simply observe. Our decades of experience and close ties with local experts and specialist associations mean that our itineraries stand out from the crowd. We seek out the hidden gems and the less travelled roads while also ensuring every detail is meticulously planned so that you can focus on what really matters: time spent with friends, exploring new places and soaking up unforgettable new experiences.

Our contacts with experts across the globe and strong partnerships with specialist organisations such as The National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies (NAFAS), Plant Heritage and The Quilters' Guild mean that we are able to design unique and inspiring tours for family and friendship groups, clubs, societies and even corporations looking for an unusual team building experience.
Your holiday, your way
We are flexible! You can opt for the ease of one of our ready-to-book itineraries or go bespoke and allow us to create a dream programme just for you. We welcome individuals, couples, families and small groups.
When you book a holiday with ECT Travel, your payments are 100% secure and are held in an independent Trust Account. This means, where a refund is due, we will refund in full without question.
Furthermore, if you have chosen a tour and then decide you wish to transfer to an alternate tour or departure date, we will transfer your booking without charging our usual administration fee of £50. This will cover all bookings made through to end 31st December 2021. We also comply with all necessary travel legislation as required by the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 and our flight-inclusive holidays are protected by the ATOL scheme.
