Consultant Surgeon John Bunni talks about the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of bowel cancer

We were delighted to welcome John Bunni to talk to us on air recently. John is a Consultant Colorectal and General Surgeon at Royal United Hospital, Bath and Bath Clinic.

John discussed being more aware of bowel cancer symptoms, how bowel cancer develops, and the steps you can take to minimise your risks of being diagnosed with colorectal cancer by managing your diet, avoiding smoking, and minimising alcohol intake. He also discussed the treatment options and the fact that outcomes can often be successful.
