We had an incredible 2022, and we have a great team of volunteers who do everything from presenting on air, to helping out at events and live broadcasts, to radio production, editing and reporting. Our team is close-knit and we have a lot of fun bringing you the very best in local radio with the aim of raising funds for community causes at the same time.

But we’re growing quickly so we need even more people to help us deliver our ambitious charitable aims.

Do we need you?

We’re looking for hosts of specialist slots on air – are you a parenting guru that tells it like it is, are you obsessed with all things political, or green-fingered and at home in the garden, or a keen chef – we believe almost anything can translate to brilliant radio with the right planning and support. So if you have a niche interest and you’d like to give radio a go, then get in touch.

Perhaps you’re technically adept or a media student – in which case we have a host of opportunities that might help you get some experience under your belt.

Or maybe you are a social butterfly who is brilliant with people and you can see yourself ‘working the crowd’ at one of our live events and making sure that everyone is having a fantastic time.

What can we offer you? Well – a LOT of fun, a sense of achievement and giving back to your local community as we raise funds that support community causes. Plus expert guidance from our Founders who have a host of broadcast, media, business and events experience that you will have the opportunity to learn from. For example, if you went on air, you would receive 1-1 coaching and feedback with our Content Director Steve Fountain who has over forty years of experience at the highest levels of radio broadcasting in the UK.
