Trowbridge Town Council Launches Public Consultation on Town Park Regeneration

Mar 14, 2026 | News

Trowbridge Town Council is inviting residents to take part in a two-month public consultation on
proposed regeneration plans for the town park.

The consultation will run from Monday 2nd March to Sunday 3rd May, giving local people the
opportunity to have their say on potential improvements and developments within the park. Areas
under consideration include:
• The Play Park
• Adventure Golf and Park Kiosk facilities
• Proposed Padel Courts

The Council is seeking feedback to help shape the future of these facilities and ensure that the
regeneration reflects the needs and priorities of the community.
Residents can complete an online consultation form by clicking here.

In addition, information about the proposals will be displayed at the Information Centre (The Civic
Centre, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8AH) where paper copies of the consultation will also be
available for those who prefer to respond in writing. The Information Centre is open Monday to Friday,
9:00am to 4:30pm.

A series of in-person consultation events will also be held, with sessions planned during evenings and weekends to maximise accessibility. These will take place at the Civic, within the park itself, and at The Shires. Further details, including dates and times, will be announced shortly.
The Council encourages all residents to participate and contribute their views during the consultation
