They spoke about how a freak accident whilst scuba diving led to a dramatic change of direction and a business that focuses on promoting good health and happiness, as well as developing exceptional leadership skills. Nicky is passionate about bringing easy, tried and tested techniques to you in a way that fits into your life. From a 30-second breathing technique or a long-term vision for a fantastic life, to learning how to tackle mental health in the workplace as a manager, to learning new coaching techniques.
