Pipp & Co brings its doughnuts and coffee to Bath

Independent doughnut and coffee company Pipp & Co is opening a new café in Bath, bringing its popular Bristol concept to Kingsmead Square.
Ahead of the official opening at 7.30am on Tuesday 18 August, Pipp & Co’s Area Manager Amelia and Technical Lead Lorna joined Bradey & Mills on Radio Bath to talk about the new café and what goes into creating the company’s doughnuts.
During the interview, they discussed the new Bath site, the food and drink on offer and the process behind developing new flavours.
Pipp & Co’s doughnuts are freshly made using locally sourced ingredients where possible, with no artificial colours, artificial flavourings or palm oil. New doughnut creations are also planned on a fortnightly basis.
The Bath café will offer more than doughnuts, with sandwiches and pastries also on the menu alongside a new range of iced coffees.
Pipp & Co will also be taking its pop-up coffee and doughnut van to Bath Rugby home matches, where supporters can expect Bath Rugby-inspired doughnuts featuring the club’s colours.
Amelia and Lorna also gave Bradey & Mills an insight into the work that goes on behind the scenes, including how new flavours are developed and the process involved in producing consistent batches of doughnuts.
