Performance Action Day heads to Castle Combe Circuit this weekend

Castle Combe Circuit is preparing for a packed day of performance and modified cars as its Performance Action Day returns this weekend.

Taking place on Saturday 26 September, the event is the fourth instalment of Castle Combe’s Action Day car shows and will bring together performance machinery both on and off the circuit’s 1.85-mile track.

A new Performance Display Area has also been confirmed for this year’s event, adding another attraction for visitors alongside the on-track action and car displays.

The event forms part of a busy end to Castle Combe’s 2026 season, with the Wiltshire circuit continuing to host race meetings, car shows, track days and driving experiences.

Performance Action Day is followed by Champions’ Coronation Race Day on Saturday 3 October, when the final two rounds of the Castle Combe Racing Club season will decide the remaining 2026 championship titles.

The FF1600, Hot Hatch and Saloon Car championships will all reach their conclusions, while GT champion Dave Scaramanga will be looking to finish his title-winning season on a high.

Further ahead, the Classic Sports Car Club’s Modern & Retro Race Day takes place on Saturday 17 October, bringing nine different racing series and machinery from several generations to the circuit.

The meeting will also host the deciding round of the Jaguar Championship and bring the CSCC’s 2026 season to a close.
