MP urges support for Tesco Winter Food Collection

Wera Hobhouse MP for Bath joined staff and volunteers at the Tesco Winter Food Collection in Tesco Express in Weston on Saturday 29th November.
Councillor Ruth Molloy also came along in support of the initiative, and said:
“It’s really good to see Tesco working with their customers to support the Trussell Trust and FareShare charities. The Winter Food Collection is a practical and compassionate way to help people struggling to feed themselves and their families.”
Wera urged anyone who is able to also donate if they can, saying: “Your donations and the impactful work of Tesco’s charity partners, volunteers and store colleagues will help support the most vulnerable in our communities this Christmas.”
