Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen opens first Bath restaurant

Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar has opened in Bath, marking the restaurant brand’s first arrival in the city.

The new 246-seat restaurant is located within the DoubleTree by Hilton on Walcot Street and offers lunch, dinner and drinks, alongside a private dining room for up to 12 guests.

The menu combines Bread Street Kitchen favourites with dishes created specifically for the Bath restaurant.

Among the best-known dishes on offer is Gordon Ramsay’s Beef Wellington for two, alongside crispy fish and chips and the Ultimate Sunday Roast. Other options range from Wagyu meatballs and spicy tuna tartare to butter chicken curry and chickpea and courgette tikka masala.

Desserts include a take on sticky toffee pudding served with milk ice cream and a lime cheesecake with meringue, verbena and almond ice cream.

Families are also catered for with a dedicated Ramsay Kids Menu. Children aged 10 and under can receive a complimentary main course on weekdays when an accompanying adult orders two courses from the à la carte menu.

The restaurant includes a separate bar area serving cocktails, spritzes, wines and a selection of gin and tonics, as well as bar snacks.

Brady Smith, General Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Bath, described the opening as a “fantastic milestone” for the hotel.

“Dining plays such an important role in how people experience a destination, and we’re excited to bring a new culinary offering that complements everything the hotel and city have to offer,” he said.

“We look forward to welcoming hotel guests, local residents and visitors to enjoy this exciting new addition to Bath.”

Bread Street Kitchen & Bar Bath is now open at DoubleTree by Hilton on Walcot Street.
