250 Bath children to ‘Be the Best You!’ in Bath’s magnificent abbey this Thursday and Friday!

This week 250 children from Bath and Northeast Somerset will come together in the magnificent Bath Abbey to premiere ‘The Elements Cantata’, written by composer Russell Hepplewhite and lyricist Jamila Gavin, alongside three favourites from Voices for Life’s ‘Extraordinary!’ project by Bath’s talented writers Jools Scott and Sue Curtis.

Bath City miss out on tonight's first round draw i

Bath City miss out on tonight's first round draw in the FA Cup (7pm) as there was late heartbreak at Aldershot Town.
Alex Fisher equalised for City against ten men but an injury time Mullins goal won it 2-1 at the Ebb. In National League South Chippenham stepped it up with a one nil win at Aveley.
Bath Rugby won the local derby at Gloucester by 55 points to 31 running in eight tries. On Saturday night the Assembly rooms in Bath was the noisy venue for Roman Boxing club's showcase night of fourteen bouts.
In front of 400 spectators Boxers from Bath, Torbay and Exeter left their mark on the Georgian city.

Bath City are just ninety minutes away from the first round proper of the FA Cup. The Romans head to National League Aldershot Town in the 4th Qualifying round. In National League South Chippenham Town are away at Aveley. In Rugby Bath have another derby as they head up the M5 to play Gloucester after last weekends defeat to Bristol Bears. Bristol Snooker legend Judd Trump is through to the Semi-finals of the Wuhan Open after beating Chris Wakeling.
Paul Davis has Radio Bath Sport from 2pm until 6. He'll have part one of a special interview with Radio Bath Drivetime host and Bath Rugby fan Robbie Dixon.
